Wrapped In Beauty

Touch me sweet and tender hands
Rough with the calluses of a working man

Hold me, body and spirit
Wrapped in the comfort of your scent
Like woodlands, green things and clear blue skies

Call me beauty in that curious way
That says that even after all these years
You still find me intriguing
Just as you did when we were just sixteen
Unknowingly dreaming the same dream.
